K10 Unground Cemented Carbide Rods PCB Drills Blank HRA 93.5
K05-K10 unground tungsten carbide rods. Suitable for machining
composite materials, such as aluminum‐magnesium alloys, plastics,
reinforced plastics, carbon, fiber, iron‐based alloys, etc. It is
recommended for making big PCB drills of ф3.2‐6.3mm, micro drills
of ф0.8‐3.2mm, micro-milling tools and reamers, etc.
Feature:
With high hardness and wear/corrosion resistance, suitable for the
manufacturing of various kinds of solid cemented carbide tools for
the machining of heat-resistant alloy and Ti alloy.

Solid finished ground carbide rods are usually used for making
endmills, and drills. Ouqi can provide precision ground rods in
which the circularity and straightness could be 0.02mm and surface
roughness can be Ra 0.02. With advanced equipment, the capacity
